1. Yoga

Yoga is very beneficial to relieve back pain. Bhunjagasan, Shalabhasana, Halasana, Uttanapadaasana, Respiration, etc. are some Yogasanas which are beneficial for back pain. it should always be done under the guidance of yoga teacher

2. Get used to walking

Do not work by sitting in the same position for too long. Take a walking step for every 40 minutes. Also, soft padded beds should be avoided. Back pain patients should sleep on a slightly stiff bed.

3. Sit upright

While working in the office never use support and sit on your back. Make you back straight while sitting on a chair. Folding of a thick towel can be kept backward to support the neck. The seat should be tight while driving the car, also keep the seating posture correct, and while driving the car, tighten the seat belt.

4. Exercise

Exercise should also be done for back pain. Walking, swimming, or cycling are safe exercises. With the help of exercise, we can increase the strength of muscles and can prevent weight gain. Swimming is the best exercise to lose fat in the waist region. The waist should be kept straight while cycling.

5. Massage

Apart from all this, due to the low amount of calcium, bones also become weak, so eat calcium-rich things. Also, put a towel in the salted hot water and squeeze it. After this, lie on your stomach. Steam with a towel in place of pain. It is the best solution to relieve back pain. Just take three to four buds of garlic and heat it in mustard or coconut oil . Have a massage with this oil after cooling it to room temperature. It can be treated at home.

1. A surefire recipe for Back Pain ginger

it is a common remedy that can be practiced at home to relieve back pain. Ginger is considered effective as a medicine to get relief in back pain. Therefore, whenever you are suffering from back pain, use ginger in various ways such as making a ginger paste and apply it to the painful area and eucalyptus oil on top. Apply it.
