●    Maintain a balanced diet, eat healthy, eat foods rich in proteins like fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. Avoid foods that contain sugar & caffeine in excess and processed food.

●    Regular exercise is a must. Exercise will put your body on the move and help you maintain your body weight. If you are overweight, losing even a little bit of weight can make a huge difference. Regular exercise will also help you in stress reduction.

●    Stress reduction techniques like yoga, deep breathing, and meditation can certainly improve your mental as well as physical health.

●    Keeping track of your menstrual cycle and monitoring your ovulation can help greatly in maintaining your PCOD, it can increase your chances of getting pregnant if you get to know about your most fertile days.

●    Take help of supplements, and home ingredients to promote hormonal balance naturally. Ingredients like cinnamon and turmeric can induce anti-inflammatory properties, helpful for women with PCOD. It can also help in maintaining regular menstrual cycles.

●    If you have PCOD, stay away from smoking and alcohol consumption. Smoking and consumption of alcohol can worsen your PCOS and even reduce your chances of conceiving naturally.
