Posted on September 14, 2020September 14, 2020 By Jorge Gonzales No Comments on 7 Natural Ways to Get Rid of Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are very common after pregnancy. However, both unmarried women and men can have them due to various reasons like gaining or losing weight suddenly. Whether you are in your twenties or married, men or women, stretch marks look very ugly. If you are wondering how to get rid of them, then here are seven natural ways that will remove these annoying marks gradually. Besides these ways, you can also try the Lucent Skin Stretch Mark Cream.

Use Fresh Aloe Vera Gel

Aloe vera does not only help in regenerating skin tissues but also heal them. Cut the aloe vera leaf and take out the fresh gel and apply it on the affected area. After half an hour, clean the area with tepid water. Do it every day to see the difference.

Sugar Scrub Can Do Wonders

Microdermabrasion is proved to be effective for reducing stretch marks. If you want a natural alternative to it, then use a sugar scrub. Sugar has the natural capacity to enhance skin texture by removing dead skin cells. Combine lemon juice, sugar, and almond oil and scrub the area with this mixture for not more than 10 minutes. Repeating the process 3-4 times a week will fetch you the result you are looking for!

Coconut Oil and Almond

Both coconut oil and almonds play an important role in reducing stretch marks. Thus, you should mix both of them in equal amounts and massage the affected areas for about 15 minutes every day. Though this process time-taking, it will eventually give results.

Gotu Kola

From ancient times, Gotu kola has been very effectively used for skin treatment in Indonesian, Ayurvedic, and Chinese medicines. It is capable of boosting the production of collagen and making the skin strong. Thus, it prevents the appearance of new stretch marks and lessens the older ones.

Juice of Lemon and Cucumber

Cucumber is known for its cooling and soothing properties, whereas lemon has natural acidity that is effective for getting rid of scars. So, combine both lemon juice and cucumber juice in equal quantities and rub the areas properly. Leave it for 15 minutes and then use warm water to wash the area. You should do this every day to get good results.

Using Potato Juice

Potato juice reduces not only dark circles, but also the stretch marks. Full of starch and skin lightening enzymes, potato is very useful in lightening the marks. Potatoes also have bleaching agents, namely catecholase, that reduces the scars gradually and gives you clear and brighter skin.

Using a Mask Made of Egg Yolks, Oatmeal and Lemon

A nourishing mask can do wonder for the skin. You can make it by mixing the juice of a whole lemon, egg yolks, almond paste, milk, and oatmeals. Mix them very well and apply them to the areas with stretch marks. When it will dry, wash with lukewarm water. By following this process on an alternative day, you can get a visible result.

Final Thought

That’s it for today! If you are frustrated with the stretch marks, it is time to get rid of them using the seven natural remedies mentioned above. Do follow them religiously and make your skin smile again!
